Beautiful golden color, shiny. The nose is fresh, with light notes of Werther’s Original® hard candy. The palate is complex. We find these aromas of caramel on a structure that is spicy and straight, with a hint of dried banana and candied fruit. Long finish. Delightful !

Grapes directly pressed in our pneumatic press. Cold settling of juice and spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts.
