The color is like pink grapefruit juice, clear and bright. In the mouth, the first impression is fresh. We find aromas of small red berries, with beautiful tanins. Give to the wine some time to reveal notes of hibiscus infusion (without the acidity), a hint of dried rose and a finish on Yerba Mate. After some time, the tanins soften entirely, leaving us on an almost round finish that is quite surprising for a dry wine.
